Common Questions

Are classes suitable for beginners?

Absolutely. Small class sizes (max 8) allow Sandra to modify in real time, increasing or decreasing intensity for wherever you're at. First-timers are always welcome.

Are classes only for women?

Not at all. While the majority of clients are women, men are very welcome and benefit equally from strength and mobility training.

Will lifting weights make me bulky?

Not at all. women develop lean, toned muscle rather than bulk. Strength training improves metabolism, bone density, posture, and confidence.

What if I can't find a time slot?

Join the waitlist! Sandra will reach out when a spot opens up in your preferred class.
