Movement has always been integral to my life, evolving but never ceasing. I believe in the power of strength and growth for longevity.
I aim to empower women to embrace their strength and vitality through movement. I focus on helping women develop a love for fitness that stems from self-appreciation rather than self-criticism.
After working with many clients and refining my method, I created STRENGTH 2 MOVE, a method designed to bring together all of my knowledge and experience for maximum results and success.

In a world where chemicals and toxins are literally everywhere, living free of those things is a full time job.
It's not easy to find products free of cancer causing agents...which seems incredibly scary when you think about it. I see more and more articles, news features, recalls on products that knowingly contain harmful ingredients.
And, then there's the water we drink...yikes!
That's why I'm forever (and that's a mighty long time-never a wrong time to reference Prince) grateful for my Kangen machine a.k.a Green Machine.
Living Clean & Green is at my fingertips. I drink water that hydrates me on a cellular level, I sanitize and disinfect with it, I remove pesticides and residue from my produce, I do laundry with it, I condition my hair with it, I tone my skin, I gargle with it as mouthwash, use it for deodorant, clean grease spills, wash my floors...I can keep going!
Bottom line is this machine is a powerhouse!

The beauty of my Strength2Move Classes is that all levels will benefit and be able to do the class. The small class sizes (max 8 people) allows me to modify as needed. I can increase the intensity of a movement as well as decrease the intensity so that someone who has been active for years or someone who is just starting out can equally find the class challenging and achievable.
Absolutely not. My classes are typically attended by women, but men can definitely benefit from increasing strength and mobility.
Strength training will help you build muscle and women tend to develop lean, toned muscles rather than large bulky ones. Lifting weights can increase strength, increase metabolism, improve bone density and help improve posture.
