Are your classes suitable for beginners?

The beauty of my Strength2Move Classes is that all levels will benefit and be able to do the class. The small class sizes (max 8 people) allows me to modify as needed. I can increase the intensity of a movement as well as decrease the intensity so that someone who has been active for years or someone who is just starting out can equally find the class challenging and achievable.

Are your classes only for women?

Absolutely not. My classes are typically attended by women, but men can definitely benefit from increasing strength and mobility. 

Will lifting weights make me bulky?

Strength training will help you build muscle and women tend to develop lean, toned muscles rather than large bulky ones. Lifting weights can increase strength, increase metabolism, improve bone density and help improve posture.
